No known date for the release of it's fix has been confirmed. I had worries that TV-Ark will not be fixed for the remainder of this year and not be fixed until possibly 2023.

Until I got over it, but still.

I don't know if SPARK has been updated, feels like the service lost steam in the past few months. I don't know when was the last time they updated Quondam and Rex Road finished some time ago.

Rex Road still updates every week when possible, as does Sparky.
Quondam's writer has been busy with other things for some time sadly.
The Talking Pictures listings should return from their short hiatus either this weekend or next I believe.

We all took a break while the site was down completely, as very few people were reading the service at that time, but now that we're holding the fort so to speak on the front page we're all doing our best to keep Spark going to welcome visitors.

I'm merely the techie, so I hope I'm not speaking out of place, but the issue for Spark as with everything else is that this is just a hobby and relies entirely on people providing their time and skills for free.
If people want more articles to read on Spark we need folk to write them cause god knows I can't (unless you want endless boring essays about teletext transmission)!

I also noticed (when the main site was still up) that they had the Armenian videos mixed up. Most of the Armenian Channel 1 videos had the file of the Shant Horizon intro of the time.

One small step at a time, one small step at a time. This is a hobby and the people involved have real jobs. It can probably take more than a year since work started.

The one thing that bothered me in the two years of beta was that some images that didn't match the 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios were badly cropped.

Like in the satellite page HON sent a bunch of satellite TV listings from the late 80s and only a fraction of them was visible.

Are you looking at the issue during the lengthy fixing process?
